These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and users of FreeIMEICheck.pro, including customers of the carrier unlock assistance service. Please read the unlock-service sections carefully before submitting a request and payment.

Part A — Free IMEI Checker

1. Service Description

The free IMEI checker at FreeIMEICheck.pro validates the format and Luhn checksum of an IMEI number and provides a best-effort lookup of the device brand and model based on publicly available TAC (Type Allocation Code) data.

2. Limitations of the Free Checker

The free IMEI checker does not check and cannot determine:

Whether a device is blacklisted, reported lost, stolen, or barred from any network
Whether a device is carrier-locked or carrier-unlocked
Whether a device has an Apple Activation Lock (iCloud lock) active
Whether a device has been reported to GSMA or any national IMEI database
The condition, authenticity, or purchase history of any device

A "valid" result from the free checker means only that the number passes the Luhn algorithm — it does not mean the phone is safe to purchase or free from any encumbrances.

3. Accuracy

The device brand and model information is derived from a TAC database compiled from publicly available sources. It may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of this information. Always verify device information through official carrier and manufacturer channels before making a purchase decision.

4. No Warranty

The free IMEI checker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on its output.

Part B — Carrier Unlock Assistance Service

Important: This is an assistance service, not a guaranteed unlock.

Carrier unlock eligibility is determined entirely by your carrier. We assist you in navigating the process, but we cannot guarantee that your carrier will approve an unlock request. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

Service Scope Disclosure

We do not sell software unlocks, bypass tools, generated unlock codes, iCloud bypasses, activation-lock bypasses, blacklist removal, or IMEI modification services. This service is strictly limited to carrier unlock request assistance as described below.

5. What the Service Is

The carrier unlock assistance service ("the service") is a one-time paid service in which we:

Review your device information for apparent eligibility based on general carrier policies
Advise on steps or documentation that may be needed
Assist with submitting or escalating an unlock request to your carrier on your behalf, where feasible
Provide status updates within the timeframes described below

6. What the Service Is Not

The service does not include and we explicitly exclude:

Guaranteed unlock results. We cannot force a carrier to unlock a device.
Software unlocks or bypass tools. We do not sell or provide software-based unlocking tools, exploit-based bypasses, or any method that circumvents carrier lock at the software level.
Generated unlock codes. We do not generate or sell carrier unlock codes.
Apple Activation Lock (iCloud lock) removal or bypass. We do not offer this service under any circumstances.
IMEI blacklist removal or IMEI modification. We do not offer blacklist removal and cannot alter any IMEI record.
Financing or installment plan bypass. We do not bypass or circumvent any carrier financing restriction.
Device repair, software modification, or firmware changes.
Carrier policy overrides. Each carrier sets its own unlock eligibility criteria; we cannot override them.

7. Eligibility Requirements

By submitting a request you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge:

You are the rightful owner of the device or are acting with the express permission of the owner.
The device is not reported lost or stolen.
Any carrier service contract or installment plan associated with the device has been paid in full, or is otherwise not in arrears.
The information you provided in the request form is accurate and complete.

Providing false information is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.

8. Service Fee

The service fee is $29.99 USD, payable in advance via Stripe. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's secure servers and are never handled by us. The service fee is the same regardless of the outcome of the unlock attempt.

9. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All sales are final. The $29.99 service fee is non-refundable.

By completing payment you acknowledge that you have read and understood the service description, service scope disclosure, eligibility requirements, and this refund policy, and you agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: carrier denial of the unlock request, device ineligibility discovered after payment, change of mind, or failure to receive an unlock. This policy is presented and must be accepted prior to payment.

The service fee covers the cost of manual review, eligibility research, and unlock-request assistance — work that begins upon payment confirmation. Because this work is performed regardless of the carrier's final decision, the fee is non-refundable.

Carrier denial: If your carrier declines the unlock request, no refund is issued. Carrier decisions are outside our control.
Device ineligibility: We perform a best-effort eligibility review based on the information you provide. If the device is found ineligible after payment, no refund is issued. Please verify eligibility using the questions on the request form before paying.
Incorrect information: If you provided inaccurate information, no refund is issued and the submission may be closed without further action.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us at support@freeimeicheck.pro is a violation of these Terms and may result in the submission being permanently closed.

10. Service Timeline

We aim to provide a status update within 7 business days of payment confirmation. This is a target, not a guarantee. Carrier response times vary and are outside our control. We will communicate any delays and provide updated estimates.

"Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding publicly recognised holidays.

11. Order Tracking

After submitting a request, you will receive a unique tracking link at the email address you provided. You can use this link to check the current status of your order at any time. Do not share this link with others, as it provides access to your order details.

12. Communication

All service communications will be sent to the email address you provided at submission. You are responsible for ensuring this address is correct and that messages from support@freeimeicheck.pro are not filtered as spam.

13. Prohibited Submissions

You agree not to submit any request for a device you do not own or have explicit authorisation to unlock, for a device that is stolen or fraudulently obtained, or for any purpose that violates applicable law. Fraudulent submissions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Part C — General Terms

14. Intellectual Property

All content on FreeIMEICheck.pro — text, code, design, and data — is the property of FreeIMEICheck.pro or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreeIMEICheck.pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the unlock assistance service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the unlock assistance service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by correspondence in the first instance; if unresolved, by applicable consumer protection mechanisms in the jurisdiction where you reside.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The version identifier at the top of this page (e.g., v2026-10-01) will change with each update. The version you agreed to at the time of submitting an unlock request governs that particular order. Continued use of the free IMEI checker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
